Holiday Return Policy:

• Returns for purchases made between 11/1/16 and 12/24/16 will be accepted through 01/14/17

Standard Return Policy:

• Returns will be accepted within:
  • 30 days from date shipped (online purchases).
  • 30 days from purchase date (store purchases). 

 

In Addition to the above Return Policy Guidelines please note the following:

Online Purchases Returned By Mail: (that meet the above Return Policy Guidelines)

• Email: customerservice@i (subject line: info@inspiredpurpose.org) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date. 
• Complete the form below and enclose it with your returned merchandise. We recommend you insure the package and obtain a method of tracking.  Return shipping will not be refunded.
• Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
• Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. 
• Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

UPS shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes. USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days.
